Hello, everyone! I hope you’ve all had a fantastic week and are enjoying your weekend!
While I was away during my hiatus from writing, I thought a bit about how comforting it is to know that I have certain things that help me when I’m having a crisis or bad day. I thought it would be helpful to some of you to show you how to create your own “comfort library”!
Prompt: Create a list of the things that make you feel better when you’re having a bad day, crisis, or just need a little comfort! This can include books, movies, TV shows, foods, outfits, songs, photos, videos, really anything! The important thing here is to include things that you have immediate access to and can “check out” when you need them! Keep this list somewhere safe and easily accessible so that you can refer to it whenever you need it.
